Is Zam Club free to join?
Yes - Zam Club is completely free!
How do I earn stamps?
You'll earn one stamp for every reg/big main purchase, this includes burritos, bowls, nachos, taco duo and trio and quesadilla stack!
E,g If you have bought 3x reg burritos in one transaction, you will get 3 stamps.
Can I still use my paper stamp card?
You can use your paper stamp card until the 20th April. From then on, we will no longer be accepting stamp cards. Your stamp card rewards cannot be transferred onto the digital system, so use them up whilst you can!
Do I need to download an app?
No you do not need to download an app but you can add your pass to your phone wallet via your online account or tell us your ID number.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can use your free drink can and free tortilla chips and guac with a reg/big main purchase. Your free regular burrito can be claimed without making a purchase.
What rewards do I get?
On your 3rd stamp, you will unlock a free drink can to be used on your next order.
On your 6th stamp, you will unlock a free tortilla chips and guac to be used on your next order.
On your 9th stamp, you will unlock a free regular burrito to be used on your next visit.
How long are my rewards valid?
You have 4 weeks to use your reward from the date it is in your account.
What happens if I forget to scan my loyalty pass?
Remember to collect your receipt from your purchase, scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt and your stamps will be added to your account.
How do i check my stamp balance?
You can check your stamps and rewards on your online account.
Is there a maximum number of stamps I can get per visit?
No there is no limit, you will get as many stamps as per reg/big mains you have purchased.
